Review: V-Strom Mirror Extenders

If you are happy with the original equipment rear view mirrors, you will be happier if you extend their reach with mirror extenders.
Suzuki put a nice set of mirrors on the V-Strom. They are not particularly sleek or “fast” looking, but they match the style of the motorcycle nicely.
The concept of an extender interested me because they can be added and removed to any mirror set. If I were to buy a set of outlandish mirrors, I would be left with one set or the other. Extenders change the position of any mirrors, and I was surprised by the new range of positions provided by the hinge that is the extender. What was a circle around the center bolt is now a thicker donut ring of accessible space.
I got a set of mirror extenders from that Rick guy on the VSRI forum.
